Alo Mindful Masters: Manifesting Miracles

Get ready to experience the magic of trust & surrender through this 60 minute workshop. Deepen your trust in the universe and learn to manifest your ambitions with Shayna Hiller, as she guides you through a powerful meditation journey using ancient techniques, imagination & focus. You have the ability to rewire your mind to feel less tense and more joyful! The workshop also includes guided journal prompts, a sharing circle, optional discussion, and Q+A. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

What To Bring: Meditation cushion or pillow, blanket or other meditation props, eye pillow, journal or notebook and pen, water.

Alo Mindful Masters: Yoga Nidra Meditation

Join us for a 45 minute yoga nidra meditation with Deandre as part of our virtual Mindful Masters series! Yoga Nidra is a traditional practice of deep, conscious relaxation. You will be guided into a state of complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Get ready for this chill, restorative mindfulness session and make sure you're prepared to sit or lie down in a comfy, quiet place. There will be time at the end for any questions to be answered. Please dress comfortably and bring anything that will allow you to relax and stay comfortable: eye mask, socks, sweater, extra blankets, favorite pillow.
