Return Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

        1. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. 
        2. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase.
        3. If you Paid Cash On Delivery, you will be refunded via a bank transfer
        4. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.
        5. All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached. Excluding unreturnable products(Panties, Bras Lingerie, Bodysuits, and Swimwear). 
        6. If you return non-returnable item the package will be declined and you will be charged SAR 25 and the item will be sent back to your address.
        7. Sales are final for body products and items sold for the Roses of Hope Foundation.
        8. A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card.
        9. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.
        10. We don't offer Exchange on online orders.
        11. In case of returning items in promotion (e.g Buy 1,get 1 Half price), customer must return all items purchased in the promotion. If the customer returns one item only, the order will not be refunded.

Returns are only processed through return center here.

Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or Aloyoga is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail. Please contact our customer service at 800 3041 999 for more information.

In Store returns are currently unavailable.
